Returns Policy
We want you to be delighted with your purchase from The Works Beauty Shop. If you need to return an item, please review our policy below.
1. 14-Day Cooling Off Period
In accordance with Irish Consumer Law, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to notify us if you wish to cancel and return your purchase.
2. Hygiene & Safety (Environ® & Peclavus®)
Due to the professional and medical-grade nature of our brands, including Environ skincare and Peclavus podology products, we can only accept returns if:
- • The product is completely unopened and unused.
- • All hygiene seals and original packaging are 100% intact.
Note: For health protection and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of any cosmetic or podology products once they have been opened.
3. Two Ways to Return
You can return your eligible items in two ways:
- Option A: Return to Salon (FREE)
You are welcome to bring your return directly to our Dublin salon. This is the fastest way to process your refund. Please bring your order confirmation email with you. - Option B: Return by Post
You may post the items back to us. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
4. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at theworksbeautyshop@gmail.com within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
