1. Territorial Sales Limitation

We exclusively sell and ship products within the Republic of Ireland. We do not accept orders or deliver to Northern Ireland or any international locations. Any orders placed for delivery outside the Republic of Ireland will be cancelled and refunded automatically.

2. Mandatory Consultation for Environ® Products

Environ® skincare products contain high concentrations of Vitamin A and active ingredients. To ensure your skin’s safety and achieve the best results:

• • First-time users must complete our Online Consultation Form before an order can be dispatched.
• • We reserve the right to hold any order until a consultation has been reviewed by our skin experts to ensure product suitability.
• • If a product is deemed unsuitable for your current skin stage, we will contact you to recommend an alternative or issue a full refund.

3. Professional Use & Liability

By purchasing from The Works Beauty Shop, you acknowledge that:

• • You have provided accurate information during your consultation.
• • You will follow the Step-Up system as advised by our experts.
• • We are not liable for any adverse reactions resulting from improper use or withheld skin history.

4. Orders, Pricing & VAT

All prices are in Euro (€) and include Irish VAT at the current rate. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors or stock unavailability. In such cases, a full refund will be issued immediately.

5. Shipping & Returns

Delivery is provided via third-party couriers within ROI. In accordance with the Irish Consumer Rights Act 2022, you have 14 days to return a product. However, due to hygiene reasons, returns are only accepted for products that are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.
